Texas A&M sweeps Pepperdine to open season with back-to-back wins
After picking up a win against Omaha in its regular-season opener Friday night, Texas A&M made it two in a row with a 3-0 sweep of Pepperdine Saturday at the Omaha Invite. The Aggies are now off until Thursday when they open the Hampton Inn Invitational with Wright State.

A&M offense explodes in series-clinching win over Pepperdine, 10-6
After scoring only four runs combined in the first two games of the series, the Aggies exploded for eight runs on twelve hits to defeat the Waves in the rubber match. Braden Shewmake collected five hits, Logan Foster homered twice and Kaylor Chafin tossed 3 innings of solid relief to secure the victory.
