Even if the pitch clock did expire a microsecond before he started his windup, it seems like a chick**** call in the final winner-take-all game of the season for a pitcher who came into the middle of an at bat. Especially after he threw 5 innings yesterday and the ump screws him out of a warm up pitch

Blue just expanded the zone to ring up that Tar Heel batter on a low one. If you are going to have a small zone, at least be consistent about it.

Semi paying attention here as I really don't want either team to win, but did I hear them correctly that OU was effectively accusing the pitcher of using a substance in yesterday's game? I heard something about wiping his hand on his shirt, not opening it up, and they knew as soon as he came in today he would be questioned.

I think the majority of us on this board don't really want either team to win. But then they showed Eric Church in the crowd and I decided I want NC to lose more. At least he didn't have to cancel a concert to watch this game (like he did for a Final Four game). To screw over your fans like that is pathetic.

No, they check all pitchers hands when they come in and when they leave now.

The announcers were saying OU brought it to their attention yesterday. I don't know what happened yesterday to be honest.

If OU wins, you can mock t-sip for paying A&M a buyout to hire Schloser away, and pay him $1 million the last two years, all to fail to win the natty. All they had to do in 2024 after forcing out Pierce was call Johnson home.

t-sip has paid $4.7 million (so far) to watch OU win it all.

My future SIL is the usual t-shirt Sooner like everybody else in the state. One of the few Sooners I know who doesn't speak in that annoying, choppy Sooner twang, and can actually conjugate the verb "to run" properly.

...and Tar Heels don't usually melt down. They let Kentucky, Bama, and UConn do that stuff usually.

No, they check all pitchers hands when they come in and when they leave now.

No kidding. When did that start? After the Georgia player was in there doctoring his glove in the bullpen, I'm sure....
