I really like getting the explanation. Sometimes it's hard to know what's going on with a review, why it's happening, what particular play is being reviewed, who initiated the review? This makes it very obvious.RED AG 98 said:

For those in attendance is there a clock that the pitcher can see to know he's running out of time or is it done all on the ump counting? At minor league stadiums where pitch clocks are instituted there are clocks behind home plate and on the outfield wall. Just curious

Luckily, runs not hits are what counts.
There's a clock on the scoreboard. Not sure about one that a pitcher can see. The camera angle looking over the pitcher's shoulder certainly doesn't show one.
