I was going to ask about this too. Would they start each day earlier? I also wonder about canceling the finals. I can't see going past Sunday.

so this time in Hoover, the Ags are not in the same bracket as Vanderbilt. A&M and the Commodores have played 7 times in the SEC tournament. By far A&M's most frequent Hoover opponent.

looking at Florida-South Carolina...the Ags are 3-0 vs. the Gators in the SEC tournament. Beating UF in 2013, 2016 (title game), and 2019.

against the Gamecocks, A&M is 1-0. Defeated Carolina during the 2016 tournament run

Happens every freaking year, the venue needs to move to a less rainfall prone area. Gumps can pounds sand, they're letting the sips in so they won't be running the conference too much longer.

We weren't shown as a team still fighting for a national seed, so SEC network believes we already have our national seed or we're overlooked like we have been all year?

I kind of wonder how long The Hoover Met will be around anyway. The AA ballclub left it for Birmingham 8 or 9 years ago. According to the wikipedia for the stadium, the only tenants are Hoover High School and this tournament.

I'd love to see the tournament at the AAA park in Nashville or Memphis, or even in Little Rock at the AA park. All of those would have the same potential for rain though.

I wonder if the Louisiana Superdome might not offer a solution? Certainly it wouldn't be ideal for baseball, but there are so many seats that I've got to believe they'd still have plenty of good ones to sell. It would be absolutely novel to play baseball there, and you'd have a hard time finding a place with more to do nearby. Just a thought...

It's the south in the spring, so no outdoor facilities will be ideal for avoiding rain.
