I've played and watched baseball for 30+ years and I don't think I ever got an answer from a game thread a month or so back about how there is apparently no such thing as a hit and run with 2 outs.

It's possible that mound was made out of diapers. It was retaining water like one.

It actually is an issue when you can get a better grip on real dirt and with rain especially makes it easier to slip.
