I'm with ya Shane. I think some of that has been explained as not having the money to have enough good camera angles in each college park, etc. But in a tournament setting, with 1 ball park, there should be rules that allow replay on all but balls and strikes. And guys that consistently blow balls and strikes, should be fired.

Scott Clendenin just said on the broadcast that they can only review catch/no catch in that situation since the bases were empty. If there were men on, they wouldn't be able to review it.
Which just makes everything even more bizarre.
