2025 Jasper ATH Kiotti Armstrong commits to Texas A&M

The Aggies have pulled off a big recruiting win today with the verbal commitment of 2025 Jasper jumbo athlete Kiotti Armstrong‍.

He’s the 14th verbal pledge of Mike Elko’s 2025 recruiting haul and chose A&M over offers from Oklahoma, Texas, Oregon, TCU and many others.

The 6-foot-6, 248-pounder burst onto the radar during the spring and summer leading into his junior year with coach Kendrick Crumedy and the Bulldawgs.

Armstrong’s massive frame (84-inch wing span) combined with his incredible athletic gifts were on full display in front of the Aggie coaching staff at camp last June. He’s a rare blend of elite size and speed. He is viewed by most as a tight end, but there’s also a chance he has a career rushing the passer on the defensive edge. Regardless of where he plays, his skillset is going to be a mismatch for those across from him.

I love this pick up. Will fit right into Kleins offense. Will create huge match-up issues. Love the physical blocking on his tape.

while i think he could make a great tight end don't be surprised if he ends up at defensive end. to me his ability to get to the quarterback out weighs his ability to catch a 10 yd pass. but if he stays at tight end he will be exceptional there as well.

Watching his tape, he looks like a natural TE and not a DE. But I also don't do this for a living. As a TE it looks like hes fully capable of doing it all and well
