The same conundrum I have with my 3 Jester King bottles that have just been "aging" for the last half year. Can't pick the appropriate occasion. I don't exactly have a heavy arsenal of top notch stuff.

And I don't actually mean I haven't drank them because I'm aging them. I used the quotations around the word to say that while they are aging, the real reason is I don't have the resources to get good stuff like this too frequently, so drinking it means it's gone and there's not much to replace it.
