what top 50 player is gonna waste their time with this lol. If there is a Maridoe connection I have it narrowed down to a few guys. I serious doubt its 3 of them, so I have my mind on two in particular just not sure of their Maridoe connection.

This is what I was talking about in my post a page or two back. This thread has derailed into what a +2 represents (which noone can seem to agree on), but is fundamental to the original question/scenario.

I think most agree there are different kinds of +2's out there, from pencil whippers, to home course club heros, to legit amature tourny golfers (NCAA, USGA).

So what about a specific scenario of Romo/Knox? What's your take on that? I'm genuinely curious if using that specific pair would make any difference in opinions rather than arguing what a +2 is.

Clearly it is not an easy course. But college and HS amateur women are taming this beast on television from what are essentially the member tees 4 days before the Masters. Between 10-20 have been under par or E each time (low 67).

To that question, I don't see how anyone wouldn't bet $$ on the Knox/Romo scramble at Augusta. I think OP originally asked about contend? Knox/Romo for sure make cut and contend (as in they are in the mix on the Sunday back 9).

When he plays my guy, or spieth, or zalatoris they give him 5 strokes a round
