What I still can't get over is Beebee sending the email to Tech admins and insisting that it be kept absolutely quiet and confidential.....and apparently not realizing the FIA applies to Tech email accounts.

How or why Gmail or Yahoo accounts weren't created for communications like this boggles the mind, assuming they can be legally created for such purposes.

t.u. gets around it by claiming that there were proprietary contract details with television vendors amongst the e-mails, but I bet you could go back now that the deals are done and demand the public records.
