Assuming we have another kangaroo day and since it's a spy expiration day I think i may try and trade the 380/392 channel today. Edit: prob more like 387/390

what i've been doing is putting an X in the buy back column, then just updating the price to reflect the delta i bought it back for (negative number if i bought it back for a loss). then it seems to work.

This is what I do - put an x in the bought back column of the sold option and then create another line with the info for the bought option that closed the sell to open. There were examples in the sheet he provided.

How would you guys trade fubo? I have no skin in the game yet, is it a buy now and long term hold? Or would you wait and see if it dips back?

I ended up just making the price column an equation where I enter the relevant prices. Then I mark it as "bought back".

Example: sell a cc at $1.00, but it back for $0.15... the price cell would say "=1.00-0.15", check bought back, and the CC profit cell would show $85.

If I roll it, I do the same above for the closed call and enter the new call on another row. Sold puts are the same way.

I think that works correctly, but if not let me know.

Seems to be trending upward and one of the few department stores in most Texas cities. Should see an increase in customer traffic over the next month or two.

What's your goal? If it's to hold it long term the timing isn't as important. If it's a short term swing I'd wait a few days. My guess is short term we see a pull back of a couple of dollars. Medium to long term I think we see it reach $50 in a couple of weeks and have a nice run up to $60 or more. Yesterday was good for FUBO but nothing has done well in the immediate wake of earnings this year. I'm long at $46.82 with a cc at $47 for Friday. I'll do another one next week and the week after til it sells. I'll be surprised if I have it at the end of March.

I did buy a few this morning on the pre-market dips to see if it gets any run when the market opens today.

I agree regarding earnings spikes (or lack thereof) but thinking the way @MrZackMorris is pounding the table on this might cause it to jump quicker....

Has anyone been able to modify the spreadsheet for buying naked calls.

I've been tinkering with it and think I have somewhat of a workable solution, but I am not an excel expert so would be looking for any additional insight.

My solution can be tedious as you are selling calls to go net free like in the case of RKT yesterday.

I sold weekly $50 calls on mine for $1.10. I half expected them to be called out after earnings.

I'm probably going to let them ride through expiration and if we have a big run up so be it.

Was short on capital and didn't get into UWMC. Think there will be a dip soon and I should wait to enter after this run up?

Misses buying yesterday too but also got a few on the dips. A big rip when robin hood and then the open would be nice. But this stock also has long term potential. Great drug.. Would love a few net free.

It might. I don't follow him except for what makes this thread. I bought a 3/5 $40p yesterday I'm going to try and flip for $1 profit at the bell beyond that I'll sit on my shares and ply the cc game until it assigns.

Department stores seem like a good recovery play. I'll probably do what I did with airlines - out of the bigger ones pick a groups whose financials look not imminently terrible, then look for 3 or 4 with the biggest price difference between 80% of the pre-covid to now and buy leaps in those. Seems like a good way to go for hotels, casinos, amusement parks, and any major indoor entertainment chains. I'm still not as sold on movie theaters as the rest.

Man, talk about timing. I had to leave yesterday to go up to ranch and feed cows, I didnt think UWMC was going to go over $9. I figured it would get over 8.75 so I left and I needed to clean up a few positions so i just set a sell all limit at 8.85 to minimize loss thinking it probably wouldnt get there anyway and I didnt really want to wait months for a stock I only had a few grand in anyway. I was 1 day off. lol

ROKU is down -17% from its ATH last month.

Not sure what caused the dip but hopefully it can turn it around.

Devils advocate. This same algorithm launced 5 yrs ago but never caught fanfare. I do think that the current landscape of social media interaction with regards to trading is a bit more involved now though.
