I need some opinions on a play I'm thinking of doing. Can use the below in any multiples, but thing of twice as many puts as calls and an equal number of shares to covered calls.
Selling 2 DPW March puts at $1.60 each, selling 1 DPW $6 covered call for $1.25 and then using the $445 from that to buy 100 shares at $5.5 or so. Total out of pocket is only $100 roughly and if over $6 in a month, then I receive the $600 obviously. 5x return in a month if over $6.
If under $6, then I'd have 300 shares for $1,300 out of pocket so average cost of $4.33.

You have to believe this thing is gonna take off at some point soon.
if net free hold em and sell premium, can sell cc's on any rip for a nice buck. Or if you really want sell some and move that money into something else like PLTR. But that might be a slow-ish play. I think FUBO is a great risk reward here, and anything bitcoin related is consolidating this week.JRizzle said:

Net free is just one way to protect capital. If you have gains and think they are done (especially on options) then exit the trade a winner and move it to another area that you think has a better chance of succeedingcageybee77 said:

I go net free on small caps because of the high boom bust (CHEK, ONTX, ZOM, etc.)...with the big runners I let the technicals tell me when to exit and if it keeps going, so be it I was successful and move on to other trades
i'm cool with being assigned for a net price of $37.10. One month out, ridiculously high values produces good premium. I have 03/19 75C short calls against some of my shares now, and if it hits it and I get assigned, fantastic. If not, I got $3.50 in credit for my trouble.

My girlfriend went netfree (up $1300) at a casino two nights ago and had a great time watching all the house money go back to the house.
MVIS 30C going for over $2 if you want great premium for covered calls

And yeah, if I sell puts, I tell myself "am I willing to buy 100 shares at the premium minus the strike? If not, then I go another way.

WWR is one of those that can make a big run over just a few days, so I wouldn't say $10 is out of the question at all. It was around $8.00 on 2/5 and hit $11.45 the next day. Granted the technicals look different on that run than the current downtrend, but I wouldn't say a $10 CC is a safe bet to expire OTM.
