No target on RUBI that short of timeframe. If ikt moves above the 50DMA it will move back to challenge the $6

Powell & Mnuchin to testify tmrw at 9am CST. Would be a hail mary for senators to press them on money printing and balance sheet, and either of them showing near term concern about it. Best case for bears would be Fed and Treasury pressing Congress to act.
