Again, the stimulus is going to create a couch potato shopper. People receiving more money than they were earning, while others are going to be able to meet mortgage/rent obligations. That's why LADR popped.

I'd wait til we close the gap at SPY 230, I think this is a big rally that may get to the Model T point but then we'll head back down again to retest

But isn't LADR exposeD to quite a bit of retail in their portfolio? A lot of those businesses will close. Not sure LADR is out of the woods

I'm holding it as a hedge yes. I did just buy an additional 20% to trade on any trend pullback and lower average price but the bulls have a squeeze going so I don't care if I lose this if portfolio of trades rise 1/10th of 1% to kill that loss and its up well over that obviously.

Now if Trump doesn't sign the bill look out, but I think we all know he will.

So basically, the clay guy should have said $90k/couple, not each. Also to your point, most would rather have a job with benefits or at least with a future. General consensus is that we have a pretty good rally (may even make it to the 278 Model T point that OA has alluded to) but that this isn't a full bottom. If you look at 2008, there was a good rally after an initial bottom but then it was retested and even went lower before truly coming back

I think we at least retest the 220 range in the next few weeks
