Absolutely. Salvy's throw was so bad I didn't think (live) there was any way that the runner was out. I thought the replay was pretty clear that he was though.

I don't think it was that bad a call. Also IMO ball 1 was a strike.

I thought the pitch was low, but it was too close to take with two strikes. And ball 1 was a strike. jkag89 is correct there.

Yankees got about 5-6 calls go their way. That caught stealing was a crap call. The umpire might as well have said "MLB wants the Yankees in the WS again, so despite video evidence to the contrary, he's safe."

Me too. It is the one matchup that I really don't want to see. I can live with either/or, even a Subway Series, but please baseball gods don't give us Damn Yankees v Effin' Dodgers.

Still not convinced LA can out hit their iffy pitching.

IMO, whoever wins the NL Penant wins the Series.

On Monday I looked, and I could have bought Game 3 Yankees/Royals nosebleed seats for $68 each off of the Royals website. It's a Wednesday night game (a school night), and we live 120 miles from Kauffman. That's why I didn't buy them.

On the other hand, the game is now sold out, and those same nosebleed seats are going for over $300 each on seat geek. I could have bought four, sold two of them, and probably made a profit while getting to go to the game.

If the Royals win this series, I'd do well to buy every seat I can from them and then scalp every one of them.

The AL gets the day off today so only two games today
