Nitkowski's loud mouth got him caught up in some twitter drama. Apparently he "liked" a tweet from some so called white supremecy group, the "Proud Boys".
I guess people freaked out on twitter and bombarded him and the Rangers asking for him to be replaced. He didn't back down, as usual, and now his Twitter is completely empty.

Is that hand thing a symbol for white power? In the context of that account I guess so, but I used to do that in like middle school with my friends and if you looked at it and it was below someone's waist they got to punch you in the arm.
I can't see anything on his twitter, but it wouldn't me surprise if someone he follows retweeted that particular picture, he saw on his timeline so he clicked on it, and then liked it. All without even noticing what account was tweeting.

I like CJ alright in the booth but good Lord he's a ****** on twitter. Someone at FSSW needs to tell him tone it way the hell back or delete it. If you're a public figure and you don't have thick enough skin to ignore trolls then you need to avoid social media altogether.

I REALLY think that Gallo could be a very good outfielder, and he reminds me a lot of Hamilton. There just aren't that many big guys who can run like that. Dave Winfield comes to mind. Maybe Hamilton could help Gallo learn the outfield.
Anyway, 1st base isn't a hobby. It's a huge plus when you have someone who can actually play defense, scoop a ball, defend the line, throw it across the diamond. Running? Not so important - that's why I'd hate to waste Gallo at first.

Was the attendance drastically lower than all the other schools? (which I think is unlikely) A professional org should be above petty college rivalries, especially if it makes some of their fan base feel like they aren't valued. Additionally, I think Gallo compares to Hamilton in terms of power ability, but Hamilton hit .359 his MVP year. If Gallo ever did that he would hit about 110 home runs. Hamilton is also a career .290 hitter. I don't think Gallo will ever hit for that kind of average.

No. They've had the highest attendance of all the schools over the last several years. What I've heard is A&M is doing some restructuring in their branding that doesn't allow them to do it this year? Maybe a logo change? Something along those lines? But they will be back on board for the 2019 season.

It sounds more like a cost restructuring, in terms of licensing charges, than logo. What are we going to do... replace Ole Sarge with a Chief Osceola
