It honestly seems like Wemby is universally respected in the league. They know he is him.

Which is why I am fine if he always rests against putos like Dillon Brooks and Draymond Green.

I still have an irrational hate for Ant because of that Adam Sandler movie, but his comments after game 1 were a big sign of respect. I just wish it would have inspired Joker and Luka. No one is touching that team if those two play.

His personality is not everyone's cup of tea for sure, but I like Ant a lot. He is always itching for the big moment, is almost never one to try and play the refs instead of playing the game, and maintains both a clear competitive intensity and loyal support to his teammates.

In today's game Dave would basically be Giannis. Unfortunately the world of 90s basketball forced him to be a center and to play that role on a daily basis but he had so much more he could have been if positionless basketball had been in vogue back then.

I have great memories of those teams, but in retrospect it's hard to imagine that a coach could not see how dumb it was to let Vinny del Negro and Avery Johnson initiate the offense so often when you could have been putting the ball in Dave Robinson and Sean Elliot's hands instead.
