I don't think I buy that. When they made their run in 2011, this place was littered with Mavs fans. And it's not like they have been dreadful since then, either. Just not sure where they all went

Don't get it twisted. They came out in full force back in 2011, then crawled back into irrelevance. Their success in the playoffs dictates the amount that come out of hibernation to post here. It was pretty much the same thing with the Rangers.

I don't really care a whole lot about NBA basketball, but I do follow the Mavs and watch when I can.
Not a hardcore fan by any means, but will root for them in the playoffs and talk trash

LOL. JET is the least of my worries for this series. I love what he did as a Mav, but if Houston is relying on him to be a significant contributor, they're in trouble. I'm more concerned about Brewer going unchecked, Smith hitting open 3's, and of course, Harden going off.

That said: Mavs in 7.

Since he took over the starting job he's hitting over 44% from 3 and over 62% for this TS%. He only plays 24 in a game and scores around 9 a night. Perfect cheap, vet role player.

Jet was never a hated player to me. Cuban and Dallas fans in general were more annoying in my book. I do love the resurgence of headbands among Rockets players, though. That, and the fast break offense is a throwback to the 70s and 80s when basketball was fun.

Honestly, Mavs fans realize choke city fans are beneath us in every sport and the city of Houston is a toilet. We preferred this match up and don't have any worries about this outcome. The fact that you idiots think Howard is better than Tyson shows what complete sports idiots you are. It's really like talking sports to a women, just a waste of time.
