how come we dont give out visa bands?

Somebody needs to keep an eye on ebay and the first student tickets that show up need to be reported to the ticket office. This girl is pathetic, along with headphone punk. A bunch of losers.

There isn't anyway to differentiate between a student vs non-student ticket. They all come from the same allottment TAMU received from the cotton bowl. I guess the only way to tell is if you know the section number. Even then I'm not sure how accurate that would be.

I can't believe this didn't escalate further. You've got a group of several hundred students on limited sleep....we're lucky someone didn't go postal on that dumb beyotch(even though she did deserve it).

As "bad" as this is and as pissed I am for those who did camp out all week, this is probably the funniest thing I have read in a while. It seems like a perfect Seinfield episode.

honestly, when the guy in line 10 said he'd sue anyone that touched him, i'd stand right behind him and tap him every once in a while. he wouldn't be able to call the cops for that.

eventually, i'd start pushing him a little at a time. then just push him out of the way (not hit/punch/kick). seriously, what would he tell the cops if he called em? "this guy just pushed me out of the ticket line?"

The cops should be able to go after a linejumper but even still you could have nailed her for theft and destruction of property.

It's great to see that I'm not the only one who immediately thought of Seinfeld here. Is list-eater going to become our new catchphrase like re-gifter, etc.?

Maybe list-eaters are some kind of protected minority with a special condition that we aren't aware of, and the university will start allotting reserved list-eater seats at Kyle...

I agree with noac. Just put a person in front of each window and if some ahole shows up just have the first person let everybody else in front of him. You can eventually bump the jerks all the way to the end.

Id like to point out that when we camped out in '96 we only needed one list and didn't break into windows at all. Next in line went to the next window. And no one can give me any crap for the pizza thing anymore. I would have reached down her gullet to get that thing back.

First off all I have to applaud the students that camped out for tickets. I never had to when I was in school--I guess I had good friends or connections or something. Anyway, I am glad to see that students are this fired up. Secondly, I think it is good bull that no one was physically assaulted. Think about what would have happened at some other places--what if someone cut in line to buy Red Socks word series tickets? People might have been killed. This is a good life lesson. The world is full of ass-holes. But unless they are threaten your family or your freedom, it's best to leave them alone and be secure in the fact that you are happy with your life while they will always be ass-holes.

I bet you guys will get Grayson Moorhead Securities to take care of your list next time.
