Back in the 90's I was member of the 12th man video club. Would mail you a VHS copy of the game with the A&M radio broadcast.
That Mizzou game , Hardin wasn't even listed on the official media roster. I remember even Dave South said they only knew his name because it was on back of his jersey. Didn't know his first name and wasn't listed on any roster they had for the season or for that game.

Not sure why or how but I've always remembered that

At the 12:12 mark of the video I just saw a player that I truly had forgotten about.
As he's walking down the sideline, #10 back up QB "Stormy" Case.
Gotta love that name Stormy!
I rescued a pitbull many years ago and named him Stormy.

That's a blast from the past along with QB's Tim Trimmier, Mark Green and Joe Mack King! All played the position that year with King closing out and having the best performance overall.

I still remember going to the Rice game that year and staying at the Holiday Inn in the West Loop in Houston. The sign marquee had "Joe Mack King for the Heisman" emblazoned in big bold letters for all to see as they drove past on I610.
