Holding is a spot foul. When it is on the line of scrimmage it is 10 yards and becomes first and 20. The wide receiver was holding down field after the back had already run 15 yards, so you take away 10 from that spot to make it 1st and 5.
This is going to last 4.5 to 5 hours
