Anyone not in favor of booting his ass is part of the problem. Unfortunately that's 80% of our fanbase...they care more about whether or not we win halftime or uncover during the War Hymn. The coach and our fanbase are an absolute, utter joke.
Heck, even I can go 0-5 vs LSU.

Why not shove a decent coach aside so we can take a chance on an unknown. Odds we win a national or conference championship are about the same with or with out him but we would be opening ourselves up to several years of bottom feeding. I don't know about you but I will not survive another Fran era. When it's time it's time but now is not the time.

Not going to happen this year. Rumors would be swirling by now if something was afoot.. Sumlin has at least one, probably two more years after this.
I've never once said Sumlin should be fired...until now, fire him. TK playing, no 4nett, at home playing against a bad LSU team with an interim HC. He needs a W to somewhat get back in good graces. No excuses. Can't wait till he's gone.

Fire him next year. Better coaches will have revealed themselves by then. We won't be going up against 2 big adversaries. Plus, we will maintain the recruits. Cost less.

However, mine comes contingent on a real nationwide search for a replacement. If it is a BMA buddy hire (ala Sumlin) I would rather keep him because the BMAs suck at this.
