Georgia's starting running back was arrested for carrying a conceal weapon, in a school zone and possession??? Crowell may do time while Johnny football sits a game and runs a crap load of bleachers! Come on Johnny! But..we need to know...were you winning the fight when the police broke it up??? This is important to you followers! In your opinion of course?

The officers witnessed a fight between Manziel and another individual. Fighting in a public place is illegal. Officers stopped the fight and separated the involved parties. Manziel already had his ID in his hand when the officer asked for it. Officer looked at the ID and did not think that Manziel looked 21 as the ID indicated. He asked him his date of birth - Manziel gave conflicting dates. A search of his wallet revealed two other IDs - one fake, one legit. So a total of two fake ID's and one real one. He was detained so the officer did have a legal right to ask him to identify himself.

Neither of the parties involved in the fight were seriously injured. Both were arrested. The incident started when Manziel's friend called the other guy a name. The friend was arrested too - PI and DOC language.

Independent witness verified the events. And it's not just the Eagle that is reporting it. Just got a call from the AP.

I have the report right in front of me so if you want to really know the facts you now have them.

Sorry about that. I couldn't open link at work, saw people talking about Portland and went to Youtube and searched for Portland Oregon open carry and watched a video by some guy with USMC in his name. (Looks very similar to the exchange that happened in Portland, Maine though. Police begin questioning and the guy gives them case rulings/decisions on why they cannot legally do that.

Maine is also open carry though, so the point is still valid.
