There won't be a facebook script. At least, not unless you have a table of facebook username/passwords.

The script is totally still working. Up to 32,721 votes. NC State up to 34, 373.
It's not inconceivable that the script still works if all they did was pull down the email option without closing the hole.
alans17, I was trying to see how the submit worked with my facebook account logged in, but I accidentally voted and can't view the submit now.
It may be possible to essentially do the same thing as the email script only using a random facebook username or user ID. Not sure though.

FWIW, facebook actually generates a cookie after you sign in that allows integration with other websites. It's highly unlikely that you can spoof it.

Did NC change theirs to more than 50 votes a click? Their board indicates talk of upping the votes.
I'm also assuming when I'm refreshing that it still takes....

I dont think so, if you use it on the voting site it gives you an error. I have been doing asdjksakdjba@cjknek.com just to be safe. I am also not a techie though...

It has to be a new address. randomcharacters@randomcharacters.com is ok but don't paste the same thing over and over. It won't take.
