If they do reset us without banning us, though, I propose we strip the counter from the script and leave it up so we don't have to flip through so many screens to vote everyday. Just enter your email and be done with it.

keep in mind that the script will alter the e-mail address that you enter 100 times in a certain way so that it will have 100 unique e-mails to submit.

Because of the method they're using to accept votes, a captcha is rendered useless. They will have to rewrite the entire voting mechanism from scratch. There is nothing that they can do (that I can see) to fix it in its current state.
EDIT: They may be able to check the request header of each incoming vote, but even that may not do it.
