Good rep is arms lockout with both feet on the wall...no stupid height requirement

Legs gave out on me. 80 reps Rx. Disappointing because I at least wanted to get through the step ups.
Not correct. I don't know how to link but the head judge from CrossFit explained the standards and common faults. It's obvious that we cannot kip but there also can be NO bend whatsoever. No bend in knees, hips, etc. If there is any motion that provides momentum into the HSPU other that the arms, it's a no rep. Well, right....thats the definition of strict hspu

I would rather have them announce a redo of last year without the BS hspu standard. Kind of a way to say,"Our bad, we messed up."

Sounds like the lunges aren't as scary as I thought. Ski'd Friday/Saturday so doing it Monday after work. Think my goal is to get through step ups and attempt a shspu. I can usually do a few, but doubt I'll be able to do many if any after the oh stuff.
