Not correct. I don't know how to link but the head judge from CrossFit explained the standards and common faults. It's obvious that we cannot kip but there also can be NO bend whatsoever. No bend in knees, hips, etc. If there is any motion that provides momentum into the HSPU other that the arms, it's a no rep. Only requiremenr is hands are inside a 24x36 box
