I just watched the dottirs and froning /panchik videos. I've been doing burpees jumping out and back. Going to try the step up. Looks way easier.

I guess I'll take it. Sounds like excuses but I strained my hamstring back in late July & have worked out 3 times since. Tonight doing 20.1 was my 4th workout so my engine is dead. Plus I just worked ACL these past 2 weekends beat me down. 40 hr work week plus another 40 hrs out at the festival crushes me. If I can recover, I'm gonna do it again. My box does the workout a week late so if there is a skill movement like like HSPUs we'll throw in a few skills classes to try to get the movement down before testing.

175RX and was in a coma the rest of the day. Damn BIL came over and goaded me into doing it with him. Would have quit after the 2nd round if he wasn't pushing me.

I didn't die, so I guess I'm glad I did it.

20.3 rx - 84 reps last night. I'm so weak at deadlifts. About 20 reps better than 18.4. My back is done for a few days, I'm having trouble bending over.

I'm excited about 20.4! Hope to get plenty of time to recover for 225! That's my max that I hit a few weeks ago. So weird that my numbers have gone up without working out for about 2 months. Cardio sucks tho.

Did it with pull-ups in 13 flat. Towed all 80 first, then did 8 sets of 15/5. Not terrible.

I did the rowing all at once to warm up. I did 90% squats right before and was rushing to get done during my lunch hour. I think doing it your way would be best for someone doing the rings. If you're going for pull-ups, those and wall balls aren't terrible. My transitions were awful, but I made sure to get faster with each of the 8 rounds. Five pull-ups is doable every time immediately after wall balls. It's the discipline to not take "just a couple more seconds" to pick that stupid ball up again.

20.4 - 160 reps. My quads are fried!!! I had nothing left for 225 as I couldn't stand it up.
