Been working on double under endurance but this is one workout where I'm not so sure I can work that fast those first eight minutes. Pacing issues galore with this one.

My hip flexors fatigue quickly on ttb. We just did them on wed & im still sore from them. I'll break them up but that weight will get heavy real quick.

This ones going to be really interesting.

I can do toes to bar, probably sets of 5, du's are fine, assuming i'm relaxed can do in under 1 minute. No clue what to expect on squat clean time.

I'd like to think i can get to the squat cleans in round 2 or sneak into round 3 and get through the du's. I just have 0 clue on how my timing will go on the t2b/sc's.

edit, after reviewing prelim results from other places it looks like doing a few sc's in round 2 is a solid goal

I think he's just doing the open for fun because teams can't qualify through the open this year. That's what i gathered on instagram. Could be wrong.

When the 12 min mark hit i went down hard and hyperventilating for a good 5 mins
He just slams his belt and walks away

I did too, but I'm holding out hope he's going to compete against Frazier

He's a got damn animal. May have never dominated like Frazier but he rises up in the clutch like few in all of sports. I want to see the head to head

I'm going to give it one shot Monday. Went today for the first time since the stomach bug last weekend. Felt pretty weak and heart got racing real quick.
That being said, this is some BS workout

1. Remembering how much the front rack lunges sucked last time.
2. Remembering how much my shoulders hate me and are my weakest link.
3. Laughing bc no way I'm doing any handstand walks, especially after the rest of this workout.

98 Rx (8 HSPU) with an 8:37 tiebreak. That thing is a grind.

I watched the live workout. There were a lot of no reps on the HSPU's according to standards.
Gonna be tough.

How miserable is this lunge? I can snatch the 50 lb no problem I just have 0 clue how the balance goes.

I may fail miserably but get a few reps rx for my score then for my actual workout do the scaled. This workout is absurd. That oh lunge is gonna kill most average people. (Coming from someone in the 50th percentile overall)
