I did the rowing all at once to warm up. I did 90% squats right before and was rushing to get done during my lunch hour. I think doing it your way would be best for someone doing the rings. If you're going for pull-ups, those and wall balls aren't terrible. My transitions were awful, but I made sure to get faster with each of the 8 rounds. Five pull-ups is doable every time immediately after wall balls. It's the discipline to not take "just a couple more seconds" to pick that stupid ball up again.
