I have also really let myself go the past 3 or four years. It is due to excessive drinking in the evening time and a lot of fatty foods. I am know that my Testerone level is that of an 80 year old man (I am 54). I take a cream supplement but it does not seem to make a single bit of difference. (any other options)
Yes, I know that's a huge drop, but there are a few mitigating factors... first, my initial weigh in was in clothes, and second, I went keto and probably pissed off 8 pounds.
