199.00 It's pretty crazy cause I am eating right and working out 5-6 days a week. I can tell my body is changing but I am not loosing weight. One thing I am going to work hard with is making sure I am eating enough. I think my calorie count might be a bit low.

My bathroom scale hit 220 today, 3/28, so I'm going to claim it! When I started my weight loss journey back in 2014 at 300 lbs, I wanted to be the guy in #59 again. He weighed 220, and that has always been the singular goal in my mind.

My current goal is 230, but i hope to push on once i hit that goal. I haven't weighed 220 since grad school (2005). In 2015, i got up to 295, and swore to myself that i would never hit 300. The last 2 years have been a back and forth rollercoaster. I'm really liking the keto diet, yeah I'm missing out on carbs, but who needs carbs when you can have things like bacon, butter, ranch? I basically gave up carbs for Lent, and plan to keep it going.

With a full time job, cattle, chickens, and two young kids, I haven't had much time to work out. My office building is 6 floors, so I've been doing about 30-50 flights of stairs every day, and walking outside occasionally during my lunch break.
