We lost about 5 pounds last week, and have raised our overall number to 695 pounds.

I started at 224.4.... and am down to 218. Not that good, but hey, I've lost over 6 pounds.
AggieChemist started at 264, and now weighs less than me.

A lot of beer and naughty food fell in my mouth out in midland this week ... body is groggy, need to clean it up.

Finally hit my goal and man did it feel good. New goal is 100 pounds total weight loss. So for the record keeper that's a weight of 231 or 54 pounds since we started.
