This is exactly the case I thought of when I first heard about it yesterday. There is a special about it on abc13's website.
Do we know if those scum arrested for the rape & murder of the 12 year old were illegals? My assumption is that they were, but I haven't seen anything yet.

One of the Daily Mail articles said that, officials are also working with Homeland Security Officials to see whether Martinez and Ramos are illegal immigrants.
And someone over on r/Houston said they're both Venezuelan, so it's a pretty safe bet they entered the country illegally (and most likely sought asylum thereafter).

Yup. Their stated policy platform is to have HUD enforce regulations which requires the placement of "affordable housing" (ie- section 8/government-funded housing projects) into suburban/master-planned communities.

The policeman who hit the mom and son was responding to report of a robbery, but had someone in custody in the back of his cruiser.
After the accident, the officer goes to the hospital. THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER, the person in custody in the back of his cruiser is discovered. He's alive. Just in the back seat. And according to the story, not arrested.
How did not one person notice there was someone in the backseat of that car for so long??
It was the son's 16th birthday, he had just gotten his license, and was driving.

And in the above posted board members- I think Cynthia Alvarado was a council member too.
Anyway, working for a big GC doing municipal infrastructure projects for TxDOT, COF, HCTRA, and local counties the level of graft and corruption in Houston city council and bureaucracy was astounding. They're far more brazen than almost anybody in DC. Probably because they know their brain-dead, ghetto constituents will almost always believe the cries of racism.
