Coming into an election season, and the court has already completely changed the precincts several months ago, which diminished the unincorporated conservative precincts and flipped 3 and 4, which has a large ripple impact for the commissioners to fundraise as they are now in a physically different location.

It's in the courts, as ****ty as it is, it's probably legal as the rules are fairly gray intentionally. The screw to it was flipping Pcts 3 &4. That was extremely dirty.

I'm not a BMXbandit, but I think partisan gerrymandering is generally held up. And Lina made public comments to color it as partisan gerrymandering.
Would have been OK (if ****ty) but flipping 2 pcts I think gives them an edge on the argument. There was no reason to do so.
