Coming into an election season, and the court has already completely changed the precincts several months ago, which diminished the unincorporated conservative precincts and flipped 3 and 4, which has a large ripple impact for the commissioners to fundraise as they are now in a physically different location.

I'm not a BMXbandit, but I think partisan gerrymandering is generally held up. And Lina made public comments to color it as partisan gerrymandering.
Would have been OK (if ****ty) but flipping 2 pcts I think gives them an edge on the argument. There was no reason to do so.

Ellis says you cannot blame the judges. Wants the legislature to eliminate bail altogether like NJ.
