I feel for anyone that was innocent and got caught up in the fray but this crowd deserves the blame 100%. The city/county/event organizers shouldn't have to have a 1 to 1 security to attendee ratio to ensure that folks act human.

Sounds like more should've been done to have more trained medical personnel on site. But anytime a crowd of this size decides to not comply, not sure what security/cops could do to keep it under control outside of riot control measures.
