Nope. I watched and read her testimony. Ashley literally said "he exposed himself" and "he touched me with his penus". Meaning he was naked on massage table and his body supposedly moved in a way that made his D touch her hand. Probably on purpose.
The other girl Lauren Bauxley said she was asked to massage his glutes, then was shocked and traumatized when she saw him with his glutes exposed on massage table with no towel covering them.
Obviously Watson is a sex addict and jerk. But I have no sympathy for girls who give rub downs for a living then claim "assault" over this type of stuff but instead of calling cops they call Buzzbee.

Buzbee's public antics forced the judge to require names to be disclosed if he wants to or not. Apparently Hardin gave the judge over 100 pages of public comments Buzbee has made about the cases. The judge used that in her ruling to disclose names.
Looks they'll consolidate to one court for discovery and then back out to individual courts for each case if they get that far.
I think a lot of these are going to dissolve but damn do I want to see Buzbee and Rusty in the courtroom. Two totally different lawyers with different styles.
My money is still on Hardin but we'll see.

Thanks for posting as that was a good read showing both sides to the story. No doubt Deshaun is a creep that needs to make MUCH better decisions. The fact that he has an NDA ready to for massages should have been a flag by his team to cool things down.
However, I don't think he's some sexual predator either. He's just another person with celebrity and money trying to get his junk touched.

If he was really just a celebrity with money trying to get his junk touched there a lot easier and safer ways to go about doing that in private, with a lot better looking chicks.
It is a little weird and unexplainable. He is a local celeb with a ton of jack. He could go to any club in the city, book the VIP area and there would be HOT girls lining up to get in for a chance to touch his junk.
Or, if he wanted anonymity and discretion, he could easily have a working relationship with a high-end escort service.

And I think he probably is. I think a lot of men are. Men that frequent strip clubs for favors, massage parlors/spas, men who watch a lot of porn. I don't think he'd be lying if he made this claim.AgLiving06 said:

Its been crystal clear that is the case for several weeks now.
I was willing to entertain that maybe this was just a money grab. He's had a pretty clean reputation.
