Sand is damn heavy. I had a bear of a time moving my kids' plastic turtle sandbox out of my backyard. I was completely drenched in sweat.
Next time just use 80,000 cfps of water. Save the strain on your back.

When Mr. Perry was alive he was at the top of Texas campaign donors for many years. Many laws affecting builders and developers were passed. Business in Texas is all about the golden rule. Whoever gives the most gold to politicians makes the rules. Perry homes has immunity.
