Yeah, it was on Franklin between Louisiana and Milam. I remember getting dragged there one night circa 2003 or so- it was downstairs by the bayou and had this weird cave/Buffalo Bill's basement-vibe to me. All these weird raver kids. Definitely not my kind of place but the chick that dragged me there was hot so I went.

The place you're describing is what some people remember as Power Tools. Downstairs from the Brewery Tap. It's had a lot of names over the years, Pink Elephant, Kryptonite, etc. I think it's pretty much always been the same kind of place, just different names.Finn Maccumhail said:Pahdz said:

How about "The Rose" on Richmond? Move to City Streets when that opened. That location became Blue Planet. Or as my Vietnamese friends at UH would pronounce it: "Boo Panet!"
Is Club No Minor still open? I remember going a lot, but I don't ever recall leaving.
