Should call it Bradford pair, because it will inevitably be split in two.Duncan Idaho said:
Also so glad I took down 2 bradford pears 2 years ago. I'd probably be homeless

Oh that stinks. That happened to us back in 2018 or so when that big downburst hit East Dallas. Basically we were out for 5 days.

I remember that storm. Had a house in the short streets in Junius Heights right off Swiss. Hail punched through the garage roof. Could see the sky.

Is it going to rain again?

No rain at the house yesterday in Rockwall. Hopefully that changes over the weekend.
Didn't realize we are currently 2nd driest year to date. Hope we can get more than 3 inches the rest of the year.In Central Texas, year-to-date precipitation totals are among the driest on record. #ctxwx #txwx #drought pic.twitter.com/fLhDJhGdBr

Not going to be a great year but at least according to national weather service, with 3 months left to go we are already past a handful of years this century. Nowhere near near worst in recorded history levels.
And I only got .6 inches from that dayYouBet said:
Aside from our wettest 24 hrs ever that we had over a month ago now we've had nothing since. Doubt we are looking much better.
