My neighbor, who works for Highland in Lilyana, reached out last week and that is just what she was told.

We live in a highland and I was talking to the construction manager for the community. He said they are quoting 14 month turn times now at least.

My boss is building with highland in the new 86' section now. Slab poured next week. He thinks he'll be in right around $1.4mm. Plan 615 with 4 cars and every structural upgrade they have.

Crazy and so glad we built when we did. Signed in late 2018 and moved in late 2019 with Huntington in Edgestone at Legacy in frisco. We upgraded a a bunch of things and had to pay for the pool up front that we built simultaneously. Even though pool was paid they still had to include it on the contract. I think all of that and we were 1.1M.

We wouldn't pay today what homes around us (and our appraisal from a refi) are selling at. No freaking way.

Yes multiple homes in Star Trail have now been listed and sold over a mil. It's crazy. We bought in Dec 19 and could probably resell for almost double our closing price.

Oh and it hailed this morning to keep it weather related.

Quite the light show going on right now with the lightning and heavy rain. I'm guessing at least 3-5 inches at the point.

Yeah definitely a lot of close lightning right now. Kinda unnerving given a house in the neighborhood had a fire a couple weeks ago.

Been without power in West Arlington since 4:15 am. Oncor updates keep pushing the estimated time of restoration back so maybe a bigger issue than they originally thought.

Not sure how much rain as I think I was in and out of sleep. I'd say we got at least an inch.

I'm gonna be mad if thats the case. I have the only single story house on the street for a reason lol. Texted my wife to go look in the attic for any holes or smoke

Our kids and dogs all woke up.

Fort Worth side of town. Slept through everything and didn't know it stormed until I took out the trash this morning. Either that or we only got rain and not much thunderstorm.

Had the alarm set for 5AM to get my run in. Right as it goes off there is a massive thunder clap. I checked the radar to see there is no way I am running. Had to skip but that just meant I layed there awake listening to the thunder.

Oh well, at least the sprinklers got a break.
