Far North Dallas, except it feels more like another dimension. We see giant storms roll in all the time and they pummel everything north of us, but we rarely get 1/4 inch of rain or more than a few gusts of wind.
Well, we did get those tornadoes that played hopscotch across our neighborhoods from Irving through Richardson, but everything else usually gets walled off by the invisible forcefield of Dallas proper.
