Planning on it. Bought the house from my grandparents estate in September. Have already fixed the foundation, A/C and ducts, repainted every room inside and brick, redid the master bathroom, wallpapered all the bathrooms, landscaped, and bought furniture (moved from a house half this size). The new unit was low down on our totem pole
