Put my new digital rain gauge out just in time yesterday. 3.67 inches in Coppell including 2.01 overnight. Sprinklers going off for a few days.

Inspectors (including engineering inspections) have it in the fine print that they aren't responsible for sub surface issues. Ask me how I know. I did bltch and get a refund though.

Came back on at 6:50am as if they just flipped a switch. 77 outside with 82% humidity equated to 77 inside with 82% humidity.

Kids are going to have a rough day at school.
