I blame the cave dwellings back about 2 billion years age who started the first "human-induced" climate change Ice-age. They started changing the earth's climate and the dang changes haven't stopped since.oklaunion said:

People still watch KBTX and don't just check their website for news stories and videos?
KBTX certainly are pro-police. Usually have a slight grin when the criminal is caught.
Pay no attention to the tornadoes and severe weather. Puppy Bowl, endless clips of Danny Daniel handing out checks, and the Baylol Boys Choir takes the place of news.
KAGS is terrible. It looks run by middle schoolers.
KCEN doesn't count for local news. It's pretty much all Waco.
KBTX does the best job for local news. The KBTX weather team is also pretty legit, especially in bad weather.

I don't disagree about it all…. But disappearing on Xmas eve was odd. They definitely show up for weather. Long heritage of that.

They finally broke in when the severe weather was rolling into Caldwell. They were still running the choir earlier, when there was a Tornado warning in eastern Limestone County, and headed over near Buffalo (Leon County). Definitely in the Brazos Valley… Bad look for KBTX. I guess everyone took off for Christmas.
Disagree. I thought the young lady doing the weather last night did a good job. I rarely watch but I checked in last night as the weather approached. She did just fine.
I am surprised some large station hasn't grabbed her yet. But my hunch is that she is going to be offered the job if Max decides he is at heart a sports guy and switches.

She should have been on the air an hour earlier is the point. Do you disagree with that?
Didn't say anything about the job she did after that. The point is, there was severe weather in the Brazos Valley, which they like to trumpet about, and they were running the Baylor Choir. Had to watch Waco channels for the tornado warning in Limestone / Leon County.

I am genuinely confused by your question. I just went and read the article and this is the headline "'People set limits on women. I do not': Local woman sets to redefine women in the construction industry". Not a great headline granted. The article is about an aging construction worker population and a local woman who owns a construction company that is trying to get more women involved in the trade.legalbird said:
