Bunker, this thread is legit, the only trolling has occurred today.

How long since the OP responded? Long time? I read the whole thread a while back. Every few months it gets resurrected.

OP pretty much gave up. its family land, but he doesn't live near there. Best chance to find it was during the drought but the tank was dredged, so the ring could be anywhere now. I emailed the OP a couple of years ago.

It's not a troll, people just keep bumping it from time to time, b/c it had a lot of potential to be a great Aggie Ring story.

People should stop bumping it. Obviously if someone involved found it or was going to begin searching for it they would bump it themselves. From what 02 says it sounds like this is over, just let the thread die I'm tired of getting my hopes up every time I see it get bumped back to the top.

This thread is bumped every few months and emkat has not responded in well over a year.

It aint happening unless someone knows him personally.

I'll let him know this thing has popped back up. Since the beginning of this saga, he's lost his dad and had other things to worry about. It's a real deal though.

Well my morning was wasted on this post and TexAgs in general. Guess its time to start working
