Eclipse has started in Junction. Great viewing conditions, some haze but lots of blue sky around also.

Some clouds moving up from Kerrville area and to southwest but fully clear sky to north. Edge of that cloud bank right over my house. Larger cumulus clouds to sw. Going to be close for Totality visibility.

Conditions are better than expected in Ennis. Scattered clouds here.

Sitting on a stick tank dock, beer in hand. Cows are in normal behavior, but bees are going ape****. Funny to see. Haven't checked on chickens yet.

Heavy cloud bank 5 minutes before Totality. Wind laid after briefly picking up, frogs croaking on river, crickets, no bird noise, eerie but cool anyway. Now, let it rain.
