You set up on the stairwell outside the main B capture room where the moving platforms come in.

Everyone takes turns setting up turrets and upgrading them to lvl2 on the moving platforms that rotate into the cap area and let them run inside and start wrecking people. Turret after turret after turret until you have your ult. Then you just wait for it to enter the b cap room, press q and blow everyone up as you take the point.

If the turret survives and is taken away, just drop another one and go.

I hate attacking against this. Almost every good way to take out a turret is taken away due to it moving and it having the high ground.

Lame. Seems decently balanced on PC. Junkrat is a great counter for Torbj imo and usually seems to work.

Someone posted a bunch of data on the Overwatch subreddit confirming that Torb is getting a lot more wins on console vs PC and has a much more favorable K/D ratio on console vs PC.

Part of me wonders if the name molten core isn't a dig at riot for never releasing their custom 1v1/2v2 map that was at all stars a few years ago.

I figured it was just a reference to the world of Warcraft original raid zone.

The different stats for torb on PC vs console is interesting.

Yeah, honestly, the only way to counter multiple torbs on console is to have an extremely coordinated push which is only going to happen if you have a premade team of 6. I will probably start trying harder to find people to play with here pretty soon. Molten core is really frustrating as well, the turret you are about to kill suddenly has 800 hp, which is pretty much impossible to take down.

I've played recently with some guys off reddit. Its gone ok. The best part is that I don't feel I ALWAYS have to run support to win the way I do with randoms.

At first, I hated torb, but the more I play him (even on PC) the more I grow to love the guy. He's pretty versatile and his ultimate is underappreciated, even without a turret.

I've been having so much fun on volskaya industries on attack at the 2nd point with my floating assault turrets of doom.
