They did it once and learned their lesson. Cut them some slack

quote:Yep. It glitched a bit, but he pulled it off:
Did I see the video here or Facebook where the guy beat it without killing ANYTHING?
quote:It's Bethesda's neverending "Radiant Quests". Basically don't bother with them unless you just want XP to make your character more godlike. Every faction has its own set of these.
How many freaking minute men missions are there? Is my game glitching or is there a never ending stream of them? I've probably cleared Corvega 4 times

What I really want to know is why Dr. Sun in Diamond City has an Chinese accent and persuasion. Either there's a local community of Chinese families that have kept their language intact for 200+ years and he ventured out on his own, or he travelled from China as a young boy (somehow seems unlikely).
Both seem like they could really have neat back stories given the Great War with China.
quote:If there has ever been a need for some great backstories in novel form it is the Fallout franchise. I have no idea why Bethesda has not teamed up with great sci-fi writers like Dan Abnett to pump out some lore books. I'd snap them up in a heartbeat.quote:

Those of you who built a huge building; how many prefab unit wide by how many long? I started to build one and think I am aiming too big.
quote:building trade kiosks is a handy place to sell your stuff, and they'll generate caps in the workshop (not a ton, but something). I like to use the water purifiers as a revenue source as well, i've got 5 of them working at the drive-in, and i'll have 40 or so purified waters waiting for me when I come back, which you can sell for around 500 or so.
to better my understanding of settlements/settlers....
what are some ways you can "automate" revenue and materials generation?

Get some Brahmin and use the fertilizer they produce to make jet.
Slangin jet sells way more than water does.
quote:Except the robo-brahmin that show up. Creepy.
Yeah those Brahmin are actually useful for something.

quote:It was one of the first perks I got. Not getting Rads from the water is nice enough, but a few missions are made much easier with it as well.
Did anyone get the breathe underwater perk? I'm considering getting it, then treasure hunting underwater.

I have the no rads in water but haven't upgraded to breathe in water yet.

I'm not sure how in the heck there's a child who is alive on his own about 200 feet from a group of raiders.

Thanks. Also, how do you scrap weapons and clothing on xbox?

Those are the same perk.
