One of my leagues just announced they are limiting teams to 1 BN. Holy cow. Seems like it will be a different game. Anybody been down this road?

Is it just me or are training camp injuries stacking up?
Just off the top of my head Love, Egbuka, Evans, Kamara all picking up injuries here recently.

So I'm keeping Pickens with my 6th round pick. If I take a RB in Round 1, and Cee Dee Lamb is available for my 2nd pick would you shy away from having Lamb WR1 and Pickens WR2? Their bye is Week 14 so very late.

Yes pass on lamb. Id personally be surprised if you could get CD in round 2 assuming a PPR league with keepers. Depending on where you draft if towards the middle or end of round 2 I think you take Bowers. As an aside with Pickens in round 6, I think you could go yolo and double 1 with Bowers and Josh in rounds 2 and 3. You could then use 4 and 5 to get your rb2 and wr2. Then 7 and 8 go for a mason or bill.

4 IR spots is absurd. I'm pretty confident there have never been 40 fantasy-relevant players on the IR at the same time, ever. 1 RB and 2 TE?? Absolutely ridiculous rosters.

Committing to X position in Y round can get you in trouble.
If an elite QB or TE drops take em.
Just let the draft take it's course and pick the best players available at positions you need.

at the 10th pick...
ARSB and Cook are automatic grabs if either falls to #10. Would take Jeanty at #11.
then #30 / #31 could go Loveland or 2 WR's from the group above. The pundits are high on Jaylen Waddle too.
if the RB's really go flying off the board by 30-31...could consider Swift at #31. He should be there. Solid RB2 and great flex
definitely scoop up Allgeier at the end of the draft in case Love can't go in week 1

Maybe consider RB TE, WR WR.
Cook / Jeantry
Bowers
Olave / Ladd / Higgins
Garrett Wilson
Burrow
DJ Moore
Then I would aggressively reach for Dowdle, Mason and Bill Croskey. Also try to get Allgier.
In 10 team I feel like positional difference makers are key. There will be some RB or WR who breaks out in the middle of the season that you can faab drop for. That I think you can fix a hole if need be.
In the above which currently is quite feasible at current ADP (Olave being a lucky 3 player drop) you have a positional advantage over 7 other teams that they will be angered by all season.

Interesting strategy waiting on RB's after Cook or Jeantry until the 7th round.
Why Bowers over McBride or Loveland? You're thinking he wouldn't make the 3rd round? (I see his ADP is late 2nd early 3rd)
FYI...our league is PPR standard (1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1WR/RB, K, DEF, 6 Bench)

What makes you think Caleb Williams isn't that good? Dude has crazy arm talent, has apparently gotten faster, and is now going into Year 2 of a Ben Johnson offense.

So two different questions:
1. How confident are you that McBride will be there at the end of round 3? If very confident maybe you do wait.
2. If McBride is gone are you comfortable taking Loveland like he is / could be in that tier 1 TE category?
An easier way to think about is would you trade Bowers + McConkey for Loveland + JJ.
Me I worry about the mouths to feed in Chicago. And yeah it is great their head coach wants to set the scoring record but I dont know that Caleb Williams is that good.
Bowers will have no target competition. Id be shock if they are both healthy if Bowers doesnt get considerable more volume. And volume is $ in PPR.

Williams' completion % is abysmal(58% last season). He's not nearly as good as most people think he is.

A lot of my picks fell exactly where you were suggested…and there was talk TE may go quick before we started, so snagged Bowers. Only slight buyers remorse was picking Jeanty over Cook as it was a bit weird to pick 2 Raiders back to back. I got a little biased and had to pick KC as my 15th pick!
